No. In order to avoid blocking, we do not allow sending any advertising messages. If an attempt to send such messages is recorded, the account will be blocked without the possibility of further sending messages from it. Thus, the service is suitable, for example, for sending confirmation codes for registration or logging customers into your systems. Or notifications, for example, information about the movement of goods to the customer during delivery.

We are not an SMS gateway, we do not send SMS, we send messages only through messengers, however, you can configure any SMS gateway from the list of supported ones as an alternative source of sending messages, or through flexible settings to send through a gateway that is not in the supported ones.

At the moment, only Telegram is supported, but we are in the process of connecting Viber.

Technically, this is possible, but it will require the client to perform registration actions in your bot, which will reduce conversions. Therefore, we recommend using our bot, in which the user is more likely already registered. For large companies, please contact us via contacts to set up sending via your own bot.

Although sending messages to messengers is free, however, we bear the cost of maintaining servers to send these messages through us, so we have to charge money for it.

We store all SMS gateway settings in encrypted form. Therefore, neither we nor the attackers, in case of data leakage, will be able to use your SMS gateway to send messages on your behalf. As a last resort, you can always change the username and password in your SMS gateway account to disable the newsletter.
